Why did I get charged an extra fee of $1-$10?

May I return or exchange my Mabel Gray product without contacting you or getting an RMA?
Contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org your order description, contact details and refund request and get a return authorisation. This streamlines the process when goods arrive.
When will I receive my refund?
We process all return refunds within 7 days of their arrival at our address.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return or exchange?

How long does shipping take?
On dispatch you will get an email showing the freight con-note number, with a link to the carrier's track and trace site which shows an ETA.
I put the wrong shipping address at check-out, can I change it?
